Kate Brown founded Peak Fitness because she is passionate about helping people achieve more than they think is possible. She uses city parks, forest trails, lake shores and dramatic mountain backdrops to inspire, energise and complement your health and fitness programme. She is based close to Geneva Switzerland and offers a flexible service for people of all levels of fitness.
