About Kate
After a degree specialising in sports and leisure studies in Yorkshire,
England, Kate pursued a career working in a variety of health and social
service arenas. Once she moved to Switzerland with her husband in 2002, she
followed her passion, trained as a ski instructor and then as a Personal
Fitness Trainer before founding Peak Fitness.
From her home near Geneva, she is an active skier, mountaineer,
runner and cyclist and is at her happiest in the high mountains of the
Alps.
