A small group can be fun and motivating and works best when individuals have similar aspirations and fitness levels. Group sessions are also more affordable.

Training with Kate will:

Help you establish and maintain a healthier lifestyle
Give you that extra motivation needed to turn good intentions into action
Devise a training plan that fits in with your other commitments and lifestyle
Challenge you to workout that bit harder than you would on your own so that you get results in the shortest possible time
    Help you avoid over-training
Identify and help correct muscle imbalances that can lead to injury
Give you practical, sound advice so you can take a proactive approach to your health and wellbeing
Teach you to listen to your body's signals and respond accordingly

You can purchase single sessions or a specially designed package (please see our prices page). A single session typically lasts 60 minutes and is usually a blend of activities to meet your specific needs. Single or 'Top-up' maintenance sessions are recommended particularly for those people who find it's a struggle to maintain a regular exercise regime so that you continue to progress and get the results.
